Offspring Education owns and operates the website and respects customer privacy.  Any customer information collected is used solely for the purpose of transactions with or contact from Offspring Education and is kept strictly confidential.  Your details will never be willingly shared with other organisations unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.


Offspring Education takes care to ensure our customers can shop with complete confidence online. We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings with us. We provide a safe transaction environment for commerce on the Internet.


All pricing listed is charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We will make every effort to ensure our prices are current and up to date. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. **Prices may be subject to change for any item coming directly from a supplier. If there is a price change you will have the option to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

Delivery after dispatch will take between 1-10 days depending on where you live. If goods are not received within this time frame please contact us urgently on 1800 62 72 23. Offspring Education understands that postage charges can add significantly to the final cost of your purchase and endeavours to keep this cost to a minimum. If order is above 10kg we may contact you to cover the extra shipping cost.

Packaging materials are reused and recycled to reduce costs and the impact on our environment.

IN STOCK (In Warehouse) ITEMS – Standard Range

Our standard range items will be packaged with care using bubble wrap and/or paper and/or cardboard and sent in delivery satchels or cardboard boxes via numerous couriers.

  • Your shipment will be dispatched from our warehouse within one - three working day of payment and tracking will be advised to you via email.
  • Parcels may be left at an unattended address, often at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you have specific delivery instructions, include these on check-out. Offspring Education takes no responsibility for items delivered as per your instructions.
  • Do not hesitate to contact Offspring Education  or phone 1800 62 72 23 if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged. 

IN STOCK (Secondary Warehouse) ITEMS – Supplier Direct

  • Our quality supplier direct range is packaged and dispatched from the supplier using the courier of their choice.
  • Occasionally items listed as “In Stock” on the Offspring Education website may be “Out of Stock” with our supplier. If this occurs, you will be contacted to arrange a back order, alternative product or refund.
  • Product improvements and changes are constantly being made by our suppliers and Offspring Education relies on images and descriptions provided by them. While every attempt is made to ensure that our listings are correct, no responsibility can be accepted for product variations.
  • Supplier Direct items cannot be sent to a PO Box.
  • Do not hesitate to email Offspring Education at should you have any questions about new orders or your current shipment.


Offspring Education reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for change of mind purchases. This fee will be agreed with the customer prior to a refund being processed.

What can be returned?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the products have not been used or damaged then please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (Except Shipping). If the product you are wishing to return is due to a change of mind you will be issued with a store credit.

How do I return an item I am unhappy with?
Please email or call us using the contact details listed below within 7 days of receiving the product/s. 
You must then return the item to our warehouse within 14 days at your own cost using our nominated courier company.

It is essential that all returned products are in their original packaging and are undamaged.

Can an order be cancelled?
Orders can be canceled prior to being despatched from our warehouse. A full refund will be provided if the order has been paid and not despatched.
