What can be returned?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the products have not been used or damaged then please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (Except Shipping). If the product you are wishing to return is due to a change of mind you will be issued with a store credit.
How do I return an item I am unhappy with?
Please email or call us using the contact details listed below within 7 days of receiving the product/s. You must then return the item to our warehouse within 14 days at your own cost using our nominated courier company.

Can an order be cancelled?
Orders can be canceled prior to being despatched from our warehouse. A full refund will be provided if the order has been paid and not despatched.
